Feel confident in your transactions with my secure ordering system, available directly on my website.  Whether you prefer PayPal or wish to use your debit or credit card, I've got you covered.  Please note that I do not accept any other forms of payment.

Shipping Details

I exclusively utilize FedEx Priority Overnight through the Reptiles Express service to ensure a secure and reliable shipping process for your reptile companion. I handle all aspects of shipping, requiring only your zip code, phone number, and email address for coordination.  I will only ship to your nearby FedEx Ship Center for pick up and safekeeping in a climate-controlled facility.  This is especially beneficial for those working during the day, reducing the time your animal spends in transit.

Shipping costs will be a flat rate of $65 for shipping and handling.  This applies across the continental United States, for up to two animals purchased.  If you wish to purchase more than two animals on one order, please contact me prior for a shipping quote.

I will carefully package your animal in a fully insulated and cushioned box.  Depending on weather conditions, I may include a heat pack, cool pack, or Phase 22 pack to regulate internal temperatures, ensuring your animal's safety and comfort. 

I generally ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  I avoid shipping on Thursdays as a FedEx-caused delay could extend transit to over the weekend.  While weather considerations may affect shipping, the health of the animal is my top priority, and I am committed to delivering your animal promptly.  I will always confirm shipping details, including Ship Center location, with you before proceeding.

Once your shipment is ready, I will provide you with a FedEx tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination securely.

Live & Healthy Arrival Guarantee

I stand behind the assurance that every animal you purchase from me will arrive alive and in good health.  It is important to note that I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or mishandling by FedEx.  My live arrival guarantee requires that your package must be shipped to a FedEx Ship Center, where it will be held until you are ready to pick it up.  This precaution minimizes the time the animal spends on a delivery truck under uncontrolled conditions, ensuring the safest possible shipping method and the only one through which I can guarantee live arrival.

While incidents of death or injury during shipping are extremely rare, should such an unfortunate event occur, please notify me via email within one hour of delivery.  I require video evidence to substantiate any claims of a deceased animal.  It's essential to understand that this policy is in place to address rare occurrences.  I have a 100% shipping success rate and I will also prioritize the health of the animal.  I never proceed with shipping without agreeing on a date with the customer and ensuring that weather conditions fall within acceptable ranges.

Deposits & Cancellations

As a general practice, I do not accept deposits, offer payment plans, or keep a waitlist. However, there may be exceptions on a case-by-case basis.  Once a deposit is made, it is nonrefundable without any exceptions, and I strictly do not allow order cancellations.

 

Acquiring a living animal is a significant responsibility that should be approached thoughtfully, and you should already have your enclosure set up and ready to go.  If you choose not to proceed with the purchase after committing, I am not responsible for refunding the money.


In rare cases of emergencies, I may consider order cancellations, but this will involve a 25% nonrefundable deposit deduction from the total purchase price.  This consideration is made on an individual basis, and I am not obligated to allow cancellations under any circumstances.
